Welcome to Prinanie Hairpire. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and complete.

2. Our products

We sell premium human-hair units and related accessories. Because our hair is a natural product, slight variations in colour, texture, wave pattern, and length are normal and are not defects. Screen and photography settings can also make colours appear differently from the item you receive.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken securely through our payment providers (such as Paystack and Nomba). Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only once we confirm and accept your order.

4. Orders

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of incorrect details. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns, exchanges & refunds

For hygiene and health reasons, hair that has been opened, worn, installed, washed, coloured, or otherwise altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened items in their original, sealed condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference and we will make it right, by replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable Nigerian consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including our name, logo, images, text, and design, belongs to Prinanie Hairpire or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
